    • Opened or used personal care items (like grooming, cosmetics, etc.).

    • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

    • Perishable goods.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong item received.

  • Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items.
